Cs     : Good morning sir, could I help you ?
Fred : Good morning, I want to complaint over the delivery of goods that have been purchased two days ago.
Cs     : Yes sir, we're sorry the delay
Fred : I bought thing on two days ago, but has not delivered until now. clarity please ?
Cs     : Ok sir, can I see the check ?
Fred : Okay sir.
Cs     : We will send on this day at 14.15 PM. May I ask for a phone number and your home adress ?
Fred : I wait, with pleasure ( 083844193xxx  and my adress Tubun No. 24 Jakarta )
